What is something that makes Sears special?

Sears has a lovely fine art collection hung throughout the schoolhouse. My favorite piece is next to the elevator on the first floor. It’s a painting entitled Trellis Bay BVI. It was painted and donated by community member Elizabeth Peabody Miller in 1971. It features fishing boats on a beach with a small child looking out to sea. Seeing it always makes me relax and return to the present moment.
