Librarian

What is your favorite part about your position?

Watching students become engaged in a story and helping students find books they are truly excited to read!

What is your go-to afternoon pick-me-up?

A nice walk in the park with my dogs

What book is on your nightstand?

Project Z:  A Zombie Ate My Homework by Tommy Greenwald. This is a funny zombie adventure from this year’s Bluestem list that I was finally able to get my hands on!

What is your favorite Sears tradition?

Themed dress-up days and spirit weeks

What are some Fun Facts about you?

Before attending library school, I worked at an art gallery. I still love to visit galleries and museums whenever I can. 

What is something that makes Sears special?

Having JK-8th grade students all in the same building together
